First off, I want all Americans to know that Change.gov is a link with BarackObama.com. This is where you can voice your suggestions and recommendations to help guide our country - and the world - into the 21st century. Don’t miss out on using your voice - often! :) I have several suggestions, and have been dying to tell someone (you know me I have tons of opinions and ideas), so yesterday I filled out the form twice. Once for suggestions and ideas on the economy and energy, and the second on healthcare and how to make it affordable. It felt great to actually send something, not through a Senator’s office to get nothing but a form letter in return, but - with hope! - straight to the top of the heap… the White House. Okay, with that said, and in the spirit of “Fun Sunday” I ran across a website filled with so much single-line bits of trivia you’ll be amazed at what you do not know :) Bitworks will have you amazing your friends with your knowledge of trivia at all those holiday parties you may be attending :) Here are just a COUPLE of the many, many trivial facts to amaze your friends: It costs more to send someone to reform school than it does to send them to Eton. In 1849, David Atchison became President of the United States for just one day, and he spent most of the day sleeping. The study of stupidity is called ‘monology’. More money is spent each year on alcohol and cigarettes than on Life insurance. Due to staggering inflation in the 1920’s, 4,000,000,000,000,000,000 German marks were worth 1 US dollar.
